Returns

Our return policy ensures a smooth experience within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase for a full refund. Certain exclusions may apply. We strive to provide hassle-free returns for your peace of mind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our conditions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Life-Time Guarantee

If your Bread Elastic Shoelaces are damaged upon arrival, let us know and we'll replace them will a pair of equal value. If at any point your Bread laces break, contact us immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@lacebread.com.

*Once an order has been made, a shipping label will be sent to the purchaser's email address provided. Refunds may be administered after the completion of the order to the shipping address, regardless of the time the order takes. Once proof of shipping has been made back to the sender, the refund will be administered to the account billed. All orders are fulfilled by 8pm the day of placing the order. If you ordered to the wrong address, and you order hasn't been fulfilled, contact us quick! support@lacebread.com If the order had been fulfilled you will not be refunded on your order due to negligence.
