Great Product

I don't know what is more impressive, the excellent laces, which deliver as promised, or the exceptional service. As for the laces, they are a game changer in that all of my sneakers are now easy-on/easy-off, AND they are extremely GOOD-LOOKIN' !!!!
I did have the opportunity to contact the company, and (I know this is a cliche) they couldn't have been nicer.
